### How accurate is automatic bank reconciliation?

Between 78 and 94 percent auto-matched on our 1,200-transaction set, but the number that matters is false matches. A wrong match is worse than no match because nobody checks it. One product produced 14 false matches and flagged none of them.

### What does multi-currency actually cost?

Usually a tier upgrade plus an FX margin buried in the conversion rate. On our snapshots the tier jump ranged from £18 to £61 a month; the FX margin is harder to see and is itemised on each pricing receipt where we could establish it.

### Will my accountant be able to work in it?

Ask them before you buy, genuinely. The single biggest cost in this category is not the subscription, it is your accountant charging you to learn an unfamiliar system, and that fee recurs every year.
