# Companies that say they are raising, for investors only.

An investor with access sees each company that said it is raising, on its own Launch500 listing or on its own website where we captured the page, labelled with which and the date, for 90 days from the day it last said it, and the contact email each one chose to give. Nobody else sees the list.

We never publish a raise amount, a valuation, a round name or any other deal term. Not at any tier, not on request.

- No messages on Launch500: you write to a company yourself, by email, off the site
- No discussion posts: an investor account reviews and votes but never posts
- Nothing about any round beyond the funding stage a company states: no amount, valuation, terms or documents

- Renews automatically at the end of each month or year, at the same price, until you cancel.
- Cancel any time from your account. Access runs to the end of the period you paid for, and nothing more is taken.
- If you buy as a consumer, you may cancel within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. After that, a period already paid is not refunded.
- Investor access is for people aged 18 or over.

Launch500 does not arrange, advise on, recommend or promote any investment. A company's Raising status is its own statement, which we do not check, and we hold nothing about any round.

You write to a company off Launch500, on your own account. Your outreach, and anything you then discuss, is between you and the company, and you are responsible for the rules that apply to you, including the UK's rules on financial promotions and on marketing email.

Use these addresses only to contact these companies about their raise: never resell or share them, or add them to a mailing list.

   Whether a company is raising is declared by the company and is not verified by us.

   We never publish a raise amount, a valuation, a round name or any other deal term. Not at any tier, not on request.

   Fundraising status has no effect on a Crash Test score, a category ranking, a Cup seed, or when a product goes on the bench.

   A company's contact address for investors appears only if the company chose to give it, can be withdrawn at any time, and is shown only to subscribers to investor access, who may not resell or share it. We sell no introductions and take no part of any raise.
5. 05
   A status older than 90 days leaves the list.
6. 06
   Nothing here is investment advice, an offer, or a solicitation.

Why no numbers

A raise amount or a valuation is unverifiable by us, changes weekly, and turns a profile into a listing in a market we are not regulated to operate in. “We are raising” is something a founder can truthfully say about their own company.

### What does investor access show?

Investor access shows the companies that say they are raising, each with who said it and when, for 90 days from the day it last said so, and the contact email each one chose to give investors. Nobody else sees the list, and we publish no raise amount, valuation or other deal term.

### How much is investor access?

Investor access costs £19.99 a month or £149.99 a year, added to a Crew account, and renews until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account, and access runs to the end of the period you paid for. Investor access is for people aged 18 or over.

### Does Launch500 arrange or advise on investments?

### How does a company get onto the raising list?
