For your website
Five badges, each earned, each linking back to Launch500
A company may show five badges from us on its own website, and no others. Each states one fact we can stand behind, links back to Launch500, and is served from us, so it changes by itself when the fact stops being true: the image turns into a plain Launch500 image that says no badge is at that address.
Badge 1 of 5
Launch500
The target mark and "Launch500", under "Find us on". No tier, no score and no claim about the product.

- Who earns it
- Any live listing, free or Premium.
- How
- List your product and prove the domain is yours. The badge is yours from the moment the page is live.
- Where the code is
- Your Garage, on your listing's page, once the listing is live.
- The link
- To
launch500.com/products/<slug>. The link points at your page on Launch500. It is an ordinary followed link because no payment is needed to show it: every live listing can, free ones included. You may add rel="nofollow" to it; nothing changes for you.
Badge 2 of 5
Reviewed by Launch500
"Reviewed by Launch500", and the day the Editorial Desk approved the page.

- Who earns it
- A Premium listing that is live and whose page the Editorial Desk has approved.
- How
- Choose the Premium listing. The Editorial Desk checks your finished page against our listing rules before it goes live; the check is of the page, not the product, so it is no score, verdict or endorsement.
- Where the code is
- Your Garage, on your listing's page, once the Editorial Desk has approved it.
- The link
- To
launch500.com/products/<slug>. The link points at your page on Launch500 and is marked nofollow, because only a paid listing can show this badge. Nothing changes for you: it still takes your visitors to your page.
Badge 3 of 5
Crash Tested by Launch500
The verdict we published, whatever it is ("Passed", "Passed with conditions" or "Did not pass"), the test date, and "Vendor-commissioned" when the company paid for the test.

- Who earns it
- A product with a published Crash Test report, for every verdict. No report has been published yet, so nobody holds it yet.
- How
- Have the product Crash Tested. No report, no badge: until the report is published the image is a plain Launch500 mark and no page offers the code.
- Where the code is
- The product's positioning page, and the Garage if its listing is live, once the report is published.
- The link
- To
launch500.com/reviews/<slug>. The link points at your test report, not at our homepage. You may add rel="nofollow" to it; nothing changes for you. It is followed because the badge is free for every verdict.
Badge 4 of 5
Featured on The List by Launch500
"Featured on The List by Launch500" and the year of the list, on a tag: "THE 2026 LIST".

- Who earns it
- A product on a published Launch500 list. The 2026 list is published in September 2027, and the badge is issued from that day to the products on it. Nobody holds it yet.
- How
- Pass a Crash Test, then be chosen by the editorial that publishes the list. A place cannot be bought, applied for or voted into.
- Where the code is
- Your Garage, from the day the list you are on is published.
- The link
- To
launch500.com/products/<slug>. The link points at your page on Launch500. It is followed because a place on the list is earned and never sold. You may add rel="nofollow" to it; nothing changes for you.
Badge 5 of 5
Launch500 Crash Cup Winner
"Launch500 Crash Cup", the product's name, and a trophy beside the season it won: "SEASON 1 WINNER". It never says "tested": it is a prize for a vote, not a test result.

- Who earns it
- The champion of a finished Crash Cup season.
- How
- Enter a Crash Cup season, through the Premium listing or by staff invitation, and win its final: the Crew's votes decide each tie. A champion whose payment is refunded in full or disputed after the season keeps the result but not the badge.
- Where the code is
- Your Garage, in its Crash Cup panel, once the season you won is finished.
- The link
- To
launch500.com/products/<slug>. The link points at your page on Launch500 and is marked nofollow, because places in a season come with the paid Premium listing. Nothing changes for you: it still takes your visitors to your page.
What a badge shows once it stops being true
Every badge address answers with an image, never an error, so a badge that stops being true never shows as a broken picture on your site. A listing that is not live, a product with no report, a list not yet published, a Crash Cup season not yet finished or an address that never existed all get this one: no badge’s words, no verdict and no colour.
The rules for showing one
- Paste the code we give you, unaltered: no recolouring, cropping or rewording, nothing that changes what it says, and no smaller than 88 pixels wide. The badge licence in the vendor terms is the full text for the first four; the Crash Cup Winner badge’s terms are being added to it.
- Each badge links to your page here, and the Crash Test badge to its report. Launch500, Crash Tested by Launch500 and Featured on The List by Launch500 are ordinary followed links, because no payment is needed to show them. Reviewed by Launch500 is marked nofollow, because only a paid listing can show it, and so is Launch500 Crash Cup Winner, because places in a season come with the paid Premium listing. You may add rel="nofollow" to any of them; nothing changes for you.
- The image is served from launch500.com and updates itself. Do not save a copy: when the fact behind it stops being true, a copy would go on saying it.
- Only Featured on The List by Launch500 means a place on the Launch500 list, and a place cannot be bought. A listing, free or Premium, never puts a product on the list.
