Accountability
Everything we have got wrong, in one place, with our name on it.
A correction that is quietly edited into a page is not a correction. Every accepted correction appears here with what was wrong, what caused it, who caught it and what we changed so it does not happen again, including the ones where we were the problem.

How this works
- 01
Anyone can raise one
Readers, vendors, reviewers or our own team. Send it to corrections@launch500.com with a dated source. A link to the vendor's own page, a screenshot with a timestamp, or a reproducible test. Claims without a source get investigated but rarely get resolved quickly.
- 02
We respond within five working days
Either with a correction, or with our evidence for why the original stands. If we disagree with a vendor, we say so in public rather than letting a dispute sit unanswered.
- 03
The page is corrected and the log entry is published together
Never one without the other. Where a correction changes a score, the report shows both the old and the new figure and says which correction moved it.
- 04
We say what caused it
Every entry names the process failure, not just the fact. Three of the five entries here changed how we work, one of them rewrote a rule about capability tables across the whole site.
- 05
Vendors get the same process as everyone else
A vendor can dispute a fact with evidence and we will re-test. A vendor cannot have a finding removed, cannot buy a faster response, and paying us changes none of this.
Send us a correction
corrections@launch500.com. Accepted pricing corrections earn the Receipts badge, and your handle goes on the log entry if you want it there. Anonymous corrections are just as welcome and just as published.
Why the log is short
Because we are young, not because we are careful. Treat the ratio of reader-raised to self-found corrections as the interesting number once there are some, and expect this page to get longer.
