The reporting

What changed

Taken from dated captures of the vendor's own page, not from a press release and not from memory.

    One shared scale

What each actually costs a team of ten

Platform fees, seat minimums and the annual discount, applied to the tier you would really be put on. Usage is billed on top by most of these and is itemised on each receipt.

    By cluster

    Receipts by category

Every category we hold captures for, with how many products have a dated receipt.

The number on the pricing page is rarely the number on the invoice. Almost everything here bills usage on top, and in our testing that ran between two and nine times the platform fee.

    How these are captured

We capture each vendor’s own pricing page on a schedule and keep every version. Changes are reviewed by an editor before they publish, because a wrong price is a correction and corrections are public.
