Preview. Launch500 opens to the public soon.

Run by 99 Developers Ltd. Listings and Crash Tests pay for it, with the magazine and the conference to come. Money never buys a score or a place on the list. What money cannot buy

Version 2026-10-01. Draft: not yet reviewed by our solicitor.

Accessibility statement

Our target

We aim for Launch500 to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

Where we are

Launch500 is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA. We have not yet completed a full audit, so we do not claim more than that.

What is in place today

  • Text contrast: every text colour is checked automatically against the 4.5:1 ratio on every background it is used on, each time the site changes.
  • The site follows your device’s reduced-motion setting and turns its animations off.

What has not been checked yet

We have not yet tested the page templates with Lighthouse, navigated the whole site with a keyboard only, made a pass with a screen reader, or checked the site at 400% zoom. Until we have, we know of no specific issues, but that is because we have not looked, not because there are none.

Asking for another format, or reporting a barrier

If something on Launch500 is hard for you to use, or you need it in another format, write to hello@launch500.com (or use the contact form). Tell us the page and what went wrong.

The basis for this statement

We aim to meet the duty under the Equality Act 2010 to make reasonable adjustments. The Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations 2018 do not apply to us, because we are not a public sector body.

Date

This statement was prepared on 1 October 2026.
