The best ai sdr and sales outreach agents
Agents that research prospects, write and send outbound sequences, and book meetings with limited human involvement. The automated end of the sales development function.
What has to be true to appear here
- Performs its own prospect research from public sources rather than only merging CRM fields
- Sends through the customer's own mailboxes with deliverability controls
- Provides reply classification and an auditable send log
- Has a documented policy on compliance with anti-spam law in at least the US and EU
Inclusion is not for sale, and neither is order. Nine of the products we cover have no affiliate programme at all.
What every product here was put through
- 1.Research 100 named prospects and score factual accuracy of each generated personalisation line against source pages
- 2.Run a two-week warmed sequence and measure spam placement using seed accounts across three mail providers
- 3.Test opt-out handling: reply 'unsubscribe' in six phrasings and check every one is honoured within one send cycle
- 4.Review generated copy for claims the product invented about the prospect's company

Real questions
What buyers actually ask
Is AI-generated outbound legal?
Sending is governed by the same rules as any other outbound, CAN-SPAM in the US, GDPR and PECR in Europe and the UK, with materially different consent requirements. The generation is not the legal risk; the sending list and the opt-out handling are. We test opt-out handling and report it, but this is not legal advice and you should take your own.
Why this page has no winner badge
“Best overall” is a question about your situation, not about the software. The table gives you a tested score, a real price at your team size, and a one-line statement of who each product is wrong for. The last of those is usually the one that decides it.
Found something out of date?
Pricing moves constantly in this category and we miss things. Send a correction with a dated link and it goes in the public log, with your handle on it if you want it there.
